FRUIT
The fruit is big sized, heart-shaped, symmetrical and good looking. The peel is medium thick, with a bright red color, extended to the entire surface. The color tends to a brilliant purple red in advanced ripening.
TASTE
The pulp is pink, with excellent consistency. It’s fleshy, juicy and very aromatic, with excellent quality. It’s very sweet, with a good level of acidity.

FRUIT
The fruit has a big size, is heart-shaped, symmetrical, good looking. Its peel is slightly thin, with a brilliant red color, extended to the entire surface. In advanced ripening, the color tends to a brilliant vermilion red.
TASTE
The red pulp has a good consistency, it’s juicy, aromatic and with a good quality. It has a balanced sweet taste, with a good level of acidity.

Late period, about 41 days after Burlat variety.
FRUIT
The fruit is medium to big sized and it has a spherical shape. It has a deep red color and it’s dotted; it has an average sensitivity to brown rot and Cylindrosporium. This variety is particularly susceptible to cracking.
TASTE
This cherry’s pulp has a dark red color and it’s fairly firm, not so much juicy, but with discrete taste qualities.
Giorgia
RIPENING
Middle period, about 14 days after Burlat variety.
FRUIT
The fruit is medium to large sized, has a deep wine red color with dots on the surface and has a spherical shape; it’s susceptible to cracking, not so susceptible to brown rot and moderately resistant to manipulation.
TASTE
The pulp has an orange color, medium texture and organoleptic features.
